Is your business only virtual/online?

Is your listing address your home address?
Are running a business out of your home? Its okay to utilize local SEO, as long as you are okay if a customer shows up!
Is your listing address at an unstaffed virtual office?
Your customers may try to visit your location, if there is no one there, Local SEO might not be a good fit for your SEO strategy.
